What the labels mean: Operational, working normally. Degraded, working but slower or with a part unavailable. Paused, no new orders or swaps start; funds already sent wait safely and are processed when it resumes. Down, can’t be reached.

Track a transaction
Your order code was shown when you created the order, for example 21-3f9a… (25 characters). Order pages show every step, the ledger block of each payout or refund, and the Houdiniswap order ID where there is one.
Orders you made on this device are also listed on the buy and sell pages. Lost your code? Message support with the transfer details below; we can find the order from the ledger.
Deposit stuck? How to escalate
1. Check where it is
Open your order page. Normal times: paying with ICP or ckUSDC, about a minute after your transfer lands; through Houdiniswap, 5–30 minutes (private routes up to 45); selling, 10–60 minutes. Check this page too: while a service is paused, funds wait and continue when it resumes.
2. Houdiniswap step? Contact Houdiniswap
If your order page shows the stop in a Houdiniswap step (your token not received, not converted, not delivered), only Houdiniswap can act on it. Send them the Houdiniswap order ID from your order page via @HoudiniSwapSupport_bot.
3. Anything else? Contact NAKSwap
If the funds reached NAKSwap (ICP, ckUSDC or NAK sent to your order, a swap, payout or refund), or an order says it’s held for review, message @NAKSTOKEN on Telegram if it hasn’t moved an hour past the normal time.
4. Send everything at once
Your order code; buy or sell; the amount and token; the address you sent to; the transaction hash or ledger block; the time you sent it. With that, the ledgers can be checked without back-and-forth.
